For those who have the experience of  guru as god in human form, there is no discussion for they will remain silent.


For those who have not had the experience of guru as god in human form, they can discuss until the cows come home and their discussion will be fruitless.

I do not believe that the neuroscientist with all of his scientific knowledge can develop the same love for himself and the creation.  I do not believe that the neuroscientist can have the same experiences of himself and the cosmos which yogis and mystics of all ages who had no knowledge of neuroscience claim to have had without following the appropriate practice of yoga, guru bhakti and surat shabd yoga..

  1. A Saint who is Divine internally but acts normally in the world -- 99.9% of historical and modern Saints are in this category. Although God realized, they conceal their Divine state. Is it difficult to recognize these saints? Absolutely, because they hide their love for God very carefully.

How can we tell a genuine Guru from one who merely acts like one?
